We offer a warranty on our pergolas. Here's a summary of the warranty coverage:
10-Year warranty: Aluminum frame, posts, beams, and other structural components
3-Year warranty: Power outlets and LED strip lights
2-Year warranty: Optional side walls (privacy shutters, motorized shades, sliding glass doors)
1-Year warranty: Motors, heaters, and other electrical components

Our return policy allows you to return a product within 100 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

We currently do not offer in-house installation services directly. However, we have partnered with a professional installation company called HandyBuddy. You can visit their website at this link to check pricing and see if they provide service in your area.

With our snap-lock design and pre-assembled parts, four adults can finish installation in about 2.5 hours—no contractors or special tools needed. Optional side walls take 30–40 minutes to install with 2–4 people.
