After purchase and assembly, you have 100 days to try the product. If it’s not right for you, let us know—we’ll arrange a return and refund once we receive and inspect the item.Returns after 100 days need to refer to our return conditions. It is worth noting that our return rate is less than 0.1%.

We offer a limited warranty on our pergolas, with coverage varying by component:

  • 10-Year Warranty: Main structural components, including the aluminum frame, posts, and beams.
  • 3-Year Warranty: Power outlets and LED strip lights.
  • 2-Year Warranty: Pergola motor and optional side walls, including privacy shutter walls, motorized roller shades, and sliding glass doors.
  • 1-Year Warranty: Pergola heaters and other electrical components not listed above.

Our return policy allows you to return a product within 100 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

We currently do not offer in-house installation services directly. However, we have partnered with a professional installation company called HandyBuddy. You can visit their website at this link to check pricing and see if they provide service in your area.

With our snap-lock design and pre-assembled parts, four adults can finish installation in about 2.5 hours—no contractors or special tools needed. Optional side walls take 30–40 minutes to install with 2–4 people.

Simply plug the power cord into any indoor or outdoor 110V outlet. The cord is approximately 19 feet long.

Yes! All FlexPatio Pergolas include built-in LED ambient lighting. Choose from 7 colors and two modes—color cycling or a fixed hue—for the perfect evening vibe.

After pickup by CEVA, delivery typically takes 7–10 days. From order date to receipt, the process usually completes within 15 days total.

Pergolas are typically delivered by an LTL freight carrier, which will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Standard delivery includes unloading the shipment from the truck and placing it at the nearest safe, accessible curbside location at your delivery address.

Standard delivery does not include moving the shipment into your home, garage, or backyard, transporting it to the final installation location, or assembly and installation. The carrier determines the unloading method and equipment based on the shipment, available resources, and site conditions, so specific unloading methods or locations cannot be guaranteed.

If you need special unloading equipment or delivery to a location beyond the standard curbside drop-off point, please contact FlexPatio before your order ships. Upgraded delivery or special handling is subject to carrier availability, requires written confirmation, and may incur additional fees.
