Brett completely transformed his backyard at 1508 N 211th St into a two-zone outdoor living space—one for relaxing by the pool, and one for year-round dining and soaking in the hot tub. With two 13x20 POWER+ PRO Motorized Pergolas, the entire yard now feels like a private resort right at home.

Zone 1: Poolside Relaxing Space

Along the long edge of the pool, Brett installed a 13x20 pergola right up against the backyard fence. The side facing the fence is fully enclosed with Privacy Shutter Walls, and both the left and right sides feature motorized roller shades for shade, privacy, and wind protection.

On the beam above the privacy wall, Brett added a electric heater, making the space comfortable even on cooler Nebraska nights.

The two 10' sides facing the pool are left completely open to keep the view clear. Under the pergola sits a set of outdoor wicker sofas with a fire pit in the middle—creating the perfect outdoor lounge where the family hangs out after swimming. This whole area feels like an open-air living room right next to the water.

Zone 2: Dining + Hot Tub Comfort

The second 13x20 pergola is attached directly to the home, connecting seamlessly with the back door steps. Brett enclosed this structure using two 13' glass sliding doors and four 10' glass sliding doors, turning it into a bright all-season room.

The space is split into two sections:

• Right side: A full outdoor dining setup with a table and chairs—ideal for hosting dinner, game nights, or enjoying coffee with the morning sun.
  
• Left side: A relaxing outdoor hot tub, tucked neatly under the pergola. On the 13' beam next to the hot tub, Brett installed another electric heater, making the area warm and usable any time of year.
  

The result is a beautifully designed, fully functional outdoor space where every corner has a purpose—from lounging by the fire pit, to dining with friends, to soaking in the hot tub on cold evenings.
