For a 1500 watt heater it does not heat very well. You have to stand right under it to feel the heat.

Electric Heater 1500W

The heaters aren’t strong enough to create warmth on a fall evening. They’re more suited to a late summer evening. We have 2 and probably need 4-8 to allow us to feel enough heat to sit out during the fall (or early spring) evening. Also be aware there’s only one setting (on/off) so you can’t increase the amount of heat. And you can only feel the heat if the heater is right above you.

We have not received any products. I have asked repeatedly for an update on shipping and still nothing. I was told that everything was to be delivered on Oct. 14th. The delivery date was missed, still no tracking, no follow up and no information. I would now like to move to a request for a full refund. Like many others have left reviews, nothing but a scam company.

The truck showed up with my delivery but it could not be unloaded because they sent the wrong truck with no proper equipment to unload it from the truck. The driver said they sent the wrong truck, therefore I have not used the heater. My delivery was returned to the Rochester, New York Warehouse. I have not heard back for anyone as to when it will be delivered. I am very disappointed in this failed delivery. I had some people ready to install my Pergola but now I had to cancel it. Please find out where my Pergola is now. Flex Patio needs to improve their communication with shipping companies and customers. Frank Laurendi
