We absolutely love our FlexPatio, we have the 10x13 which fit perfectly on our deck. Took alittle while to get it, but the team was very supportive and always communicated with us during the process. Plan to add the other two sides eventually - additional screens, but not in a big hurry. Would like to see a rain shield of some type be added to the selection of side panels as an addon. Thanks FlexPatio! Even our dog loves it and sits out and enjoys the day without the sun beating down on him.
Great quality and customer service
The assembly of the Pergola was good, however, we opted to pay extra to have concrete footers added under our paver patio for stability, and that installation was a very frustrating experience and took way too long. There was unsatisfactory communication with the installers, and they expected us to purchase the bolts needed and provide the hammer drill for installation. The communication with Danya at FlexPatio was supurb, and after a couple of months, the installation was eventually completed.

The installers did a great job, even when parts were missing, they showed up again promptly again to finish the installation when the missing parts arrived
Nice product for the money and heavy duty. The programing of the power blinds is pretty dumb and could be made alot easier but very happy with the purchase and service
