Buying a FlexPatio Pergola: Warranty, Delivery & Support
Choosing a FlexPatio motorized pergola involves the whole ownership experience: the kit you order, the delivery you receive and the support you may need later. Use this guide to connect those decisions before you buy.
Start with four records: your exact configuration, an itemized project quote, the applicable purchase policies and a folder for delivery and installation records. Together, they make it easier to compare the offer and follow up on your order.
Read the warranty by component
FlexPatio’s US limited warranty lists 10 years for structural frames, posts and beams, and 3 years for outlets and LED strips. Other components have separate terms. Do not apply the frame’s period to the entire kit.
Set up your records
The policy asks for registration within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt, invoice and installation photos where applicable. Activation follows FlexPatio’s confirmation. Save that confirmation with your order documents.
If a defect appears
Email a written claim within 30 days of discovering it, including purchase records, installation photos and defect photos. Wait for inspection before repairs. The policy assigns service labor costs to the customer after one year from installation.
Check the full warranty policy for your components, exclusions and claim conditions. A warranty term does not establish service life or suitability for a particular site.
Separate delivery protection from return eligibility
Delivery
FlexPatio’s shipping policy serves the 48 contiguous US states and excludes P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping confirmation includes tracking information by email.
The published delivery guarantee applies to eligible in-stock orders placed from July 1, 2026. Custom, made-to-order, out-of-stock and backordered products are excluded, along with specified customer-caused delays and force majeure events. Check your order’s eligibility and the full compensation and cancellation conditions in the shipping policy.
Returns
The return policy describes a 100-day window from delivery, subject to eligibility and condition requirements. Custom-dimension pergolas are excluded; confirmed custom orders cannot be changed, canceled or returned.
Request approval before sending anything back. Change-of-mind returns can involve shipping and other deductions, so obtain a written breakdown for your order before committing. Read the return policy and keep the original packaging and parts in the required condition.
Give each decision its own line in your order notes: delivery destination, stock status, required delivery date, return eligibility and any conditions confirmed in writing. Resolve an unclear term before paying.
Use a real project for the question it can answer
FlexPatio’s documented Omaha poolside project shows a privacy wall along the fence, adjustable shades at the sides and open views toward the pool. It is useful for understanding how different edges can serve different purposes.
