About This Showroom

Located on the edge of the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area, Billy’s backyard sits in a classic American suburban neighborhood with true four-season weather—hot, humid summers and cold, windy winters. The goal was simple: create a private, all-weather spa space that works year-round.

At the center is an 8' × 8' hot tub with a deep wood-look finish and built-in color-changing lights. Surrounding it is a clean, practical layout: a round metal table and two woven chairs for relaxing before or after a soak. The concrete base provides a solid foundation, while the tall wooden fence ensures privacy from every angle.

Above it all stands a 10' × 13' FlexPatio POWER+ PRO pergola, fully enclosed with four glass walls. The double sliding glass door allows easy entry, while upper ventilation keeps moisture under control. With an integrated heater and extended power setup, the space stays warm and functional even during chilly Texas winters.

At night, the experience truly transforms. Green LED lighting wraps the ceiling, blending with the glow from the hot tub to create a calm, immersive spa atmosphere—almost like stepping into a private hotel retreat, right in your own backyard.
