Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.4 / 5 from 91 reviews.
Excellent product...love it! Arrived in a timely period. However I ordered a power+pro (6 inch posts) but received a power+ (4 inch posts). This is still a very good pergola, perfectly satisfactory for my region so I decided to keep it instead sending it back for the Pro. Customer service refunded the difference within about 5 days...can't beat that! Fairly straight forward instructions...took about 4 hours to assemble. Comes pre-wired for screens, lights and louvers...most other brands only come pre-wired for lights and louvers. My only knock on the pergola itself is that each louver must be screwed into place, whereas other brands have clips that make it easier to assemble.
Absolutely love our new pergola! It has completely transformed our backyard and created the perfect outdoor living space for our family. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and the modern design looks amazing both during the day and at night with the integrated lighting. The enclosed glass panels and curtains make the space comfortable in different weather conditions, and it truly feels like an extension of our home. We’ve already spent countless evenings relaxing and entertaining guests out here. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space. It has exceeded our expectations in every way!
Awesome look. A couple of other steps before we call it done but the shade has been awesome!
One of the best investments we made to compliment our pool in the back yard. This is the new hang out spot. The functionality and operation is remarkable! Well built withLED lights and charging ports.
Love it!
I absolutely love my Flexpatio pergola. It has been the perfect addition to our patio. It covers and protects our hot tub and establishes a perfect shaded area to relax when we need to get out of the sun. We are confident that Flexpatio's solid construction will give us years of protection and coverage.
Shipment came in great condition. Assembly was straight forward. Extremely pleased thus far!
I love my flex patio, was fairly easy to put up with 3 people. Had some problems with damaged product when it arrived due to poor packaging. Distributed stood behind it and shipped me new parts. Would make some recommendations to improve product. Product is being sold as plug it in to a receptacle. Who buys a nice pergola like this and plugs it in? Needs to be ready to hard wire . Plugging into a receptical with an extension cord run across the ground for someone to trip over is cheeze. I wired it and all is good . Just constructive advise. I love it and would do it again.
We absolutely love our FlexPatio, we have the 10x13 which fit perfectly on our deck. Took alittle while to get it, but the team was very supportive and always communicated with us during the process. Plan to add the other two sides eventually - additional screens, but not in a big hurry. Would like to see a rain shield of some type be added to the selection of side panels as an addon. Thanks FlexPatio! Even our dog loves it and sits out and enjoys the day without the sun beating down on him.
We got 2 instead of 1 large one so now we have 2 that we can't control bc the electric is so far away and the remotes broke within weeks. I got the r bridge but that's not working either. Not impressed with anything so far. Algae comes out the bottom of 2 base supports but not from the other pagoda which is worrisome. Customer service is sketchy.
We recently installed a FlexPatio pergola in our backyard, and it has completely transformed our outdoor space. Our primary goal was to create more privacy around our hot tub, and this pergola delivered exactly what we were looking for. The design is modern, sleek, and high-end looking. It blends perfectly with our patio and immediately makes the entire area feel more like an outdoor resort than a backyard. The added privacy has made our hot tub much more enjoyable, allowing us to relax without feeling exposed to neighbors. The quality of the materials exceeded my expectations. The structure feels sturdy and well-built, and once installed, it became an impressive focal point of our outdoor living area. We've already received numerous compliments from friends and neighbors asking where we purchased it. Another thing we love is how functional it is. Beyond providing privacy, it adds shade during the day and creates a comfortable gathering space for evenings outdoors. The pergola has essentially given us an extra "room" outside that our family uses every day. Installation required some effort, but the final result was absolutely worth it. Looking back, this has been one of the best investments we've made in our home and outdoor lifestyle.
After some minor setbacks with shipping, I finally got my entire order, I will say the product is extremely nice, Ease of installation was a very big plus for me. You get what you pay for and this is an expensive product, but after it’s all said and done, I’m extremely pleased with how everything transpired.
Had a great experience with flex patio. Definitely appreciate everything that was done for me. Were having a great time with your product
Ordering and delivery was exceptional. The guys I hired to put it together were very impressed with the quality and directions. They were saying that they were going to look into buying them for themselves and recommend them to their customers. The screens give more shade than I had even hoped for, and the LED lights and power station being included was a bonus! So far- very happy with my decision!
My wife and I love the pergola. Set up was not too bad. We had 3 people. It did take us about 8ish hours to put up the pergola itself not including the attachments. Underneath stayed dry during some rain. The lights are great, I only wish that it had a warm light setting, but to me, it not enough to take anything away from the review. I do have this on my deck. Everyone has loved it
Just finished setting everything up. It looks great! I'm so excited to start decorating!
My FlexPatio pergola came in, and I hit them up for installation. They sent a team over and they did an awesome job. So far, so good.
We put up our pergola here in coastal North Carolina. It completely changed how we use our backyard. We finally have a nice shaded spot to relax and enjoy the view. The best part is not having to cover the furniture or bring in the cushions every time it rains. My husband, who's in his 60s, built it mostly by himself and said the instructions were easy to follow. We added a strip of weather seal where it meets the wall and that stopped a little bit of dripping. It looks amazing, feels super sturdy, and everyone who visits loves it. We've already told a bunch of friends about it.
Myself and two neighbors assembled the structure in under four hours. Very happy with the quality and design.
We love our new FlexPatio pergola by the lake. It looks amazing and makes our patio so much more fun. We can hang out, play, even dance outside without worrying about the rain. The motorized features are so convenient. I can open or close the louvers, lights and shades with a remote, and it even has outlets so I can charge my phone. For the price, nothing else really compares. The warranty and trial gave us peace of mind.
We just set up our FlexPatio pergola in the backyard garden and it looks amazing! The whole space feels upgraded, can't wait to spend more evenings out here.
I set up my FlexPatio POWER+ PRO pergola with the hot tub underneath. The LED lights look great at night while we relax, and I'm already thinking about adding privacy walls and roller shades.
I set up the pergola and put three sofas under it. It feels really comfortable, and even my neighbor mentioned it looked nice from over the fence.
The 13x13 FlexPatio pergola is up and running, and the LED lights look great at night. My patio is still a bit messy with chairs and tools around, but the pergola itself works perfectly.
Delivery was smooth and the pergola was very well packed. Assembly went fine with two people, everything fit nicely. Love the finish and lights, only wish the heater had arrived sooner.
We added this incredible heavy-duty aluminum pergola to our backyard, and it completely upgraded our space. My husband now has a sheltered outdoor kitchen where he can make pizza, rain or shine. The motorized louvers and roller shades give full control over sun and privacy, and the built-in LED lighting sets the mood. With plug-and-play power outlets, everything's easy, he loves cooking outside with the lights changing, shades lowered, and music playing. Love it!
Very good product. I watched the install videos a few times before we got started, and the setup went smoothly. My son and son-in-law helped out. We got most of it done in one afternoon. All the parts were labeled clearly. The roof louvers took the longest, but everything else was pretty straightforward. At first, the motorized shades weren't responding, but customer support got back to us right away and sent over a troubleshooting video. After all we got it done the same day.
I was super excited to be invited as one of the first FlexPatio beta users. After a hurricane last year destroyed our old patio cover, we hadn't installed anything new until I found this. I ordered the 10x13 model with 6-inch posts, and it arrived 11 days later. Since I wanted to run the electrical wiring underground, I hired a local contractor for the installation. They had it fully assembled in just 5 hours. For me it didn't seem too hard to DIY either. The only thing that took a bit of time was getting the motorized shades paired with the remote correctly. My kids and I love how the pergola turned out.
The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was very patient, we talked for over 20 minutes, and I also received a bunch of helpful follow-up emails from their team. They offer a 100-day trial, full refund if you're not satisfied, which gave me the confidence to place the order. Once it arrived, I knew right away I wouldn't be sending it back. Shipping was quick since the warehouse is local in PA. Came in 9 boxes, all in perfect shape. They recommended an installer they work with here in PA, which saved me a lot of hassle (and money). Now I spend nearly every evening under the pergola. There's a built-in outlet where I plug in our mosquito repellent. Once the heater is restock, I'll definitely be adding it to the setup. Very happy with it.
I've gotta say, working with FlexPatio was a great experience from start to finish. I had some questions before buying, so I gave them a call, someone actually answered right away (which is rare these days), and walked me through everything without any pressure. Super helpful. Ordering was easy, and shipping was on time.(about 7days) No delays, no drama. Everything showed up well-packaged, and all the parts were clearly labeled. I got my neighbor and a couple of friends to help with the install, we knocked it out in under 3 hours. The instructions were clear, and we didn't need to call in a pro. Honestly, way smoother than I expected. Now here's the part I love: the power outlet on post. No more ugly extension cords running across the patio. The posts have outlets and USB ports built right in, so I plugged in my lights, Bluetooth speaker, even a small outdoor fan, super convenient. Didn't have to hire an electrician, which saved me a bunch of money. I'm already planning to use it for everything - morning coffee, weekend BBQs, even some work-from-home days out there. It honestly feels like I've added a whole extra room to the house. With the motorized louvered roof , led lights, and clean modern design, it's 100% worth it.
Looked at a ton of pergola options over the past few weeks, finally l found FlexPatio last week and gave them a call. They picked up instantly and walked me through all my questions. Super impressed with the support! The pergola itself? Amazing. Motorized, modern, and the best part - I didn't need to call an electrician. The posts come with built-in power outlets, so I plugged everything in myself. Saved $$$ right there. My brother and a couple family members helped out and we finished the setup in less than 3 hours. Smooth!
We opted professional install and realised the installers were not trained or did not follow instructions as our main post are setup all wrong.
They were amazing to deal with will tell all my friends!!!!!!
We love them the only problem is we can’t get the lights to come on separate. They are beautiful and keep us cooler in the heat . I’ll be buying the fans and screens soon ! They’re a statement! So happy with the purchase
Cheaply made
.
Love our Flex Patio! this product is well made and looks beautiful in our yard. Slight disappointment is quality control before packing; there were scratches on the beams definitely prior to shipping. Flex Patio did supply touchup paint.
Total nightmare dealing with them. I ended up canceling my order and getting a full refund due to the following set backs by the seller lack of commuinications (only responds to emails and takes long time to respond) Taking longer than promised to ship my order Refusal to answer the phone or call back (called them and txt’ed them on whatsapp many times and requested a call back) Terrible logestics (unable to solve shipping and delivery issues with trucking company and got me involved with carrier to have my order delivered to me and never got delivered) Shipped my order to a different state and denied my order was even picked up from them (was called by the carrier to deliver my order to an address in Texas instead of Illinois and when i called the seller they said my order could not be picked up from the wearhouse due to its size . Either not telling the truth or my info was leaked) I wish I could have reviewed the actual Pergola instead of the company that i dealt with.
