Please improve the customer service. My rollers shades are damaged. One shade clearly has a 2” long tear and the other shade is broken from the bracket. I am also having issues with programming shades and still trying to figure out. I have spent hours deleting and reprogramming all channels still having trouble. Also the post outlet cover is so loose that it is not staying on and rain water tripped our main outlet twice. I am yet to get answer on that.
Love the shade for blocking the sun and also keeping the inside of the house cooler since the sun is no longer coming in with the help of the Pergola. But again, there is a 1” gap at the bottom for bugs to get in and when we put the screen back up it hangs down about 1” rather than retracting all the way in like new.
Love the shades. This one goes closer to the ground than the others. I thought they would go all the way down to keep bugs out.
The Motorized Shades looks great. For my pergola build, I purchased the 13 x 20 size and wanted to have one side versatile enough to completely "close off" as if I had a 13 x 10 room. To do all this, I did have to customize the build, but after everything came together, it was nice! For my side walls, I used the glass doors and Powered Roller Shades.
Terrible product, many issues.
Shades are great, just a little of fraying where it connects to bottom rail. Does not affect the use of the shade though.

Came with a few scratches from some shipping damage but nothing a little paint can’t fix. The real problem is when it is retracted all the way up it still leaves about 10 inches of screen showing . I don’t believe that is normal and have contacted support for help.

Roller shades are a nice feature. However, I ordered for 3 sides and only 2 were shipped. One of which doesn’t appear to be rolled straight and now I must repair it. I was told the missing shade is to be expedited shipping but have no update or sign after 2 weeks. Communication is slow.
