The delivery driver called me the morning of our appointment to tell me he was on his way. He was courteous & did a great job. I was very nervous about the installation ourselves, but everything went together well for the most part. My husband & son are electricians & have worked in the construction industry for many years, which really helped. So far we really love our new pergola & can't wait to see how it holds up next spring & summer!
Miserable! Your company has been slow to respond to my defective shade requested by both the installation company Blue Fiks and myself. I see you want me to be unhappy. I paid for a pergola that doesn’t work and I am very unhappy. I asked for the name of the CEO and was never given it. You don’t care about your clients and you took my money and gave me a piece of garbage.

Please improve the customer service. My rollers shades are damaged. One shade clearly has a 2” long tear and the other shade is broken from the bracket. I am also having issues with programming shades and still trying to figure out. I have spent hours deleting and reprogramming all channels still having trouble. Also the post outlet cover is so loose that it is not staying on and rain water tripped our main outlet twice. I am yet to get answer on that.
Love the shade for blocking the sun and also keeping the inside of the house cooler since the sun is no longer coming in with the help of the Pergola. But again, there is a 1” gap at the bottom for bugs to get in and when we put the screen back up it hangs down about 1” rather than retracting all the way in like new.
Love the shades. This one goes closer to the ground than the others. I thought they would go all the way down to keep bugs out.
The Motorized Shades looks great. For my pergola build, I purchased the 13 x 20 size and wanted to have one side versatile enough to completely "close off" as if I had a 13 x 10 room. To do all this, I did have to customize the build, but after everything came together, it was nice! For my side walls, I used the glass doors and Powered Roller Shades.

It takes awhile to for the screens to adjust and run all the way to the ground. Installation of the screens was more challenging than just the base and roof.
Rolling shade is a nightmare and I regret I ordered 4 - it took your professional installation team more than 10 hours to install them but still not working properly ! One of the rolling shade still always gets stuck in the middle while rolling down - i’m seriously considering returning all these 4 rolling shades for refund.

The roller shade looks nice and it does work, but there are a couple of issues. The shade (or some of them) do not fully roll up to the top. On three of our four shades there is a few inches exposed and we cannot get the shade to roll all of the way up. Also, pairing the remote to the shades is VERY difficult. After programming per the instructions, on one shade two go up and one goes down, while on another programmed shade, two work together, and on another shade setting only one goes up/down which is how it is supposed to work. Instructions are terrible and when we called we got no support. Unacceptable.
One of the motors on the sun screen doesn’t work. I’ve reached out to Flexpatio, but your customer service has completely stopped responding. No phone calls and no emails. Very disappointing. I’m not sure how to resolve this

Installer never showed , although he was the one requesting that time and day ; wife and I took off from work to be home for the appointment Waited a month for this appointment..
Terrible product, many issues.
Shades are great, just a little of fraying where it connects to bottom rail. Does not affect the use of the shade though.

Great product and customer service support.
Came with a few scratches from some shipping damage but nothing a little paint can’t fix. The real problem is when it is retracted all the way up it still leaves about 10 inches of screen showing . I don’t believe that is normal and have contacted support for help.

Roller shades are a nice feature. However, I ordered for 3 sides and only 2 were shipped. One of which doesn’t appear to be rolled straight and now I must repair it. I was told the missing shade is to be expedited shipping but have no update or sign after 2 weeks. Communication is slow.
